Jesus loves young people, and young people love Jesus! The Concordia University System (CUS) and LCMS U are hard at work fostering the study of God’s love in Christ among the Church’s youth. What does that mean? At a CUS school, students will find — from the classroom to the cafeteria — reminders that they are “redeemed and loved by God in Christ,” says the Rev. Dr. Dean Wenthe, president of CUS. And in LCMS U? The addition of a new-full time director, the first LCMS has had in 12 years, is working to “intentionally connect [LCMS college students] with congregations,” explains the Rev. Bart Day, executive director of the Office of National Mission. Learn how the LCMS is taking care of young people who love Jesus and how Jesus loves them too.
